RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES
For cottage rentals a deposit of 50% of your stay is required to guarantee a room. For motel, efficiencies and suites a 10 day cancellation notice applies. Cancellations received 10 days or less from arrival will be charged for 1 night. Cancellations more than 10 days in advance will result in a $20 cancellation charge. For cottages a 45 day notice applies. Cancellations received 45 days or less from arrival will forfeit their deposits. Cancellations more than 45 days in advance will get a refund less a $100 cancel charge.
A credit card will guarantee daily rentals until 6 PM. Later arrivals must be arranged in advance.
Payment is due upon arrival. Personal checks will not be accepted at check-in.
