Reservation Policies - MAKE A RESERVATION REQUEST

A deposit of $200 is required for each weekly reservation: one night's deposit is requested for shorter stays. A guaranteed credit card number will hold all rooms up to 6 p.m. of arrival date only; all later arrivals must be made in advance.

30 day cancellation notice is required on cottage reservations peak season and off season. 10 day notice on motel rooms and suites in peak season and holidays. Off season, 2 days notice is required. For cancellations made with less notice than stated here, the deposit will not be refunded. A $20 service fee is charged on all refunded cancellations. No refunds will be given for shortened stays or early check-outs.

Full payment is due upon arrival; arrangements for late arrivals (after 9 PM) must be made in advance. Cottages and all kitchen units, check-in time 2:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

During July & August a 2 day minimum reservation is required for motel rooms and a 3 day minimum on all kitchen units.
